Our Behind the Scenes Team

Fiona Barnhill (she/her)
-
Gender affirming voice coaching (speaking voice, workshops for voice professionals)
-
Inclusivity education
-
Billing and Insurance support

Fiona began her journey in voice modification in 2020, when she decided to focus on her voice early in her transition. She knows first hand how painful it is when your voice doesn't match you. Modifying her voice early on helped her find a voice she loved, and also made it easier to navigate difficult situations.

Fiona helps others on their voice journey through affordable gender affirming voice coaching. While she is not able to accept insurance or treat disorders, she can be your guide no matter where you are.

Fiona is also our insurance expert, and answers your calls. She's always happy to help you problem solve difficult insurance issues.

Madelynne Organa (she/her)
Madelynne has expertise in the following:
-
Practice student
-
Office support

Before training her voice, Madelynne experienced daily frustration from being misgendered. Now that she is always gendered correctly, she feels validated at work, is more confident, generally feels more comfortable using her voice, and experiences gender euphoria. Madelynne was really happy with her voice training with Harmonic, so she's always happy to lend a hand here.
Madelynne supports voice professionals in our Gender Affirming Voice Workshops by providing the service of being their practice student. She also helps us with payroll, which is vital as the team would be very grumpy if they didn't get paid. You might never meet Madelynne if you aren't a voice professional learning in our workshops, but you're missing out because Madelynne is awesome!

Terri Hudson (she/her)
Terri has expertise in the following:
-
Voice acting
-
Advocacy
-
Email communication

As one of Tallulah's oldest friends (in friendship duration, not age) and a passionate activist for the queer and disabled communities, Terri was delighted to hear about our opening for a behind the scenes part time communication organizer extraordinaire. If you're ever wondering why you hear back promptly and get timely reminders, she's why.
Terri is also a valued contributor to our team learning sessions, as she brings her own experiences with voice acting, voice therapy, and navigating the American medical care system as a disabled person to help us be better together. You'll likely never realize Terri is here, but we are all so grateful for her help and support!
